We hereby announce that once the client’s shoes are given to Kicks Salvation, they are Kicks Salvation’s responsibility to take care of, maintain, and refurbish. The process may range anywhere from 3 business days to weeks or more depending on the amount of previous client orders and the amount of restoring the individual shoes require. We will absolutely try our best to revive the shoe to its original condition, however, there is no guarantee that the shoe will look brand new based on previous conditions. A payment is required once the shoes are complete, but the client has an option to pay the full amount upfront or make a down payment. The down payment can be up to 25% or more of the total payment before the shoe is started. Once the shoe is done, the remainder of the payment will be due. The payment is due before receiving the finished product. If the final payment is not paid in full once the shoes have been complete, the client will not receive their shoes given to Kicks Salvation until the remaining payment is received. The client has an option to file an extended pay form 4 months after the shoe is completed to extend the time, only if approved by Kicks Salvation. After 4 months, if the client has failed to pay or request more time with notification/approval of a Kicks Salvation Tech, then Kicks Salvation has the right to ownership of the corresponding shoes. We can either keep or sell the shoes to recover profit for our services. If the extended pay form is breached, then the shoe will belong to Kicks Salvation. The respective owner of the shoe has the first call on purchasing the respective shoes after the 4 months has passed. The first call lasts within one week after 4 months has pasted. After that week has passed, the product can be sold to third parties. If the shoe is lost, misplaced or for resale, we will use the Market Value (Fair Value) of amount of the shoe to the public. Kicks Salvation will use (https://shoekicker.com ) to price the value of the shoes. If the client is unsatisfied with our services, we offer a 25% off coupon for the next single pair of shoes. Kicks Salvation does not offer refunds. Once the shoes are done, our services are complete. If a client is late to a meet up at the set destination and/or cancels without prior notice to the shoe technician, there will be an additional fee of $10-$20 added to original cost. Our Shoe Techs are more than happy to accommodate changes. However, please communicate so both parties are aware and on same page.
